Whether you are a beginner looking to complete your first 5K or an experienced runner aiming for a marathon, or beyond, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you succeed.

  • Patti Flynn

    Head Coach

    Patti Flynn is not just an accomplished endurance athlete — she's a beacon for inclusion within the sports community. An ultra runner, Ironman finisher, and avid cyclist, Patti infuses her deep commitment to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) strategies into every stride and pedal stroke. She's worked alongside prestigious races like the Chicago Marathon and TransRockies Run, and with major organizations such as Running USA and the American Trail Running Association.

    Her mission? To ensure endurance sports remain accessible and welcoming to all, especially trans and non-binary athletes. Through policy drafting, workshops, and engagement with race directors, Patti strives to establish more than just tolerance: she seeks to build intentional communities where LGBTQ+ athletes can thrive, connect, and celebrate their passion for endurance in a truly inclusive environment.

  • Jessica Gorden-Song

    Run Coach

    Starting my running journey as a child, I developed a passion that blossomed into a love for trail running during my teens. Over the next two decades, I explored trails nationwide while honing survivalist skills. Amidst Covid and travel restrictions, I shifted to road racing, completing two marathons, four half marathons, and over 15 10k and 5k races. As an RRCA Certified Run Coach, I use my expertise to guide others in their fitness journeys. An advocate for inclusive running, I'm committed to embracing diverse body types and pace groups. Beyond my longest run of 31 miles, my true joy lies in fostering a running community that welcomes all.


About EndureTogether

EndureTogether Coaching specializes in elevating novice to intermediate runners and cyclists. We guide 5k runners to 10k or half marathons, and half marathoners to full marathons. Additionally, we transition beginner cyclists to competitive cyclocross, gravel, and road races. Infused with a commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusivity, we're more than just endurance coaching; we're a community challenging barriers.

Additionally, we have a program to lower the barriers for trans and non-binary athletes. A percentage of your coaching fees go towards race, coaching, and other fees for trans and non-binary folks. Income insecurity amongst the general LGBTQ+ community is higher, and the trans community is especially vulnerable. We aim to help level that playing field to get more trans people out there participating in endurance sport.
